TV Ears Canada Shipping, Returns, Cancellation Policies

Shipping:

1. All orders placed will be shipped the next business day. To have a package shipped the same day it is ordered, you must call TV Ears Canada Customer Service by 10 am EST at our toll-free number 1-800-263-4864.

2. Our products ship from Ontario. For any questions regarding delivery dates and shipping costs, please call TV Ears Canada Customer Service at our toll-free number 1-800-263-4864. Our office hours are 9am – 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday.

3. TV Ears Canada will ship an order to a PO Box, as long as a street address is provided with the order.

Currently we ship to Canadian addresses only. At this time, we do not ship or warranty our product outside of Canada.

Returns:

1. All returns / repairs to TV Ears Canada must first be approved and given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # by TV Ears Canada. Items Shipped Collect to TV Ears Canada will not be accepted and returned to sender. To obtain an RMA# from TV Ears please call 1-800-263-4864 Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM, Eastern Standard Time.

2. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # must be on the packaging used to ship the TV Ears product back to TV Ears Canada, in the original packaging or packaging that affords the same amount of protection to the product.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED COLLECT OR WITHOUT AN RMA# CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR SHIPPING LABEL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
